What happens if you cheated on your braces rules?

I got braces about a year ago and I admit, I cheated on some of the rules. I drank soda about once a month or so, had handfuls of popcorn a few times, and I always ate things like hard pizza crusts that you were supposed to avoid. I've never gotten a cavity in my life and the person who has the monthly braces checkups says I have very good hygeine. (I always wore my elastics so the process would go quickly) Well, now, I'm getting my braces off in a few months. Next appointment, I'm getting a "free cleaning" as part of a package that came with the braces. They're going to take out all the wires so I'll see what happened to my teeth. My teeth only hurt a little bit on the day fo the appointment. I always brush my teeth well, but I cheated on some of the food rules. What's going to happen?
