What is the best eclipse?

and i mean year, rs gs gst or gsx and what can u do to it also to make it a fast street car i will take anything from paint to turbo kits. i already have a 95 eclipse auto gs with cold-air intake and muffler+tip but its not fast enough for me. thanks and i hope i can get a couple responses pretty soon. and i also want a stick
