Canada, baby bonus question?

My cousin was living with me until June 4th ( so 15 days in between the baby bonus cycle ). I went onto the C.R.A website to check my GST amount for July, and it said "Your recent Canada Child Benefits application has been processed. A notice will be mailed to you shortly." and I was like oh okay her mother applied for the Child tax benefit, one less thing I have to take care of. However it is still showing as June 20th me getting both the benefit for my son and my cousin. When she moved down with me last June 25th, I was only given her July and August one. So Im a little confused as to how this works? Where she was with me half the month would I get that amount or could it be that they never updated that portion of it? Would help out greatly since I gave her may 20th one to her mom for her plane ticket and didn't use it on the money spent on her groceries, school stuff etc since April. Does anyone know how that works? or how I can check if it was eligible for me to get the June one?
