How to Get rid of This Pain (no tablets)?

I had my cervical cancer jab at about 10:30 this morning and now i'm in tears. i feel faint, my head kills, my stomach hurts and my arm where i had the injection kills. i can't have any tablets and i don't want to worry my parents (but they'll say I'm OK, I'm always ill) but i want to feel better! how can i?!
