I have a 1995 eclipse gst i think my trannies shot need insight?

When I jack up the drivers side of my car with it in nuetral I cannot spin the front wheel it fells like its still in gear but its in nuetral what is wrong with the car it is a turbo all wheel drive 5 speed manual
