I know this sounds stupid... but i completley forget the steps to add GST to a price... HELP!?

Hi, I was hoping someone could show me the steps of adding 5 percent GST to a price. say 19,895.00 plus 5% GST. I know u cant just put plus and %5. Lol my brain isn't working well at all today. Thanks very much for your help!
