Will Eating Certain Foods Impair My Weight Loss?

I eat pretty healthy on a regular basis, and exercise daily. I generally consume 1400-1600 calories a day. What I'm concerned about is if eating certain foods only once or twice a week will effect my weight loss. I'm a college student, and avoiding eating things like pizza and chinese food can be difficult. But as long as I control my portions, am I ok? I don't overdo it. And when I do order in, I usually spread the food out over a couple of days. Is it still ok to eat stuff like that as long as I'm still within my calorie range?
