Need help finding video of artisan bread maker?

I watched a documentary type of video online a little while back of this guy making artisan bread (I believe in New York) in a restaurant after it has closed. I do remember the video made it seem like it was late at night and I believe he was using a pizza oven to bake the bread. He didn't show his face because he wanted the video to be all about the bread if I remember correctly. Anyway, I can't seem to find it after searching for forever. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!
