1998 eclipse gs vs 2000 acura integra ls?

Two dealerships in my area are selling a 1998 eclipse gs auto and the other a 2000 acura integra ls auto. They're both 3000 including tax title and licence, they're both red with their interiors, body, and paint in mint condition. I already know the teggy has the eclipse beaten on gas mileage and realiability and the eclipse has the teggy beaten on style. i also notice that their specs are almost equivalent to eachother engine wise, but what about future modifications? who wins? I dont want to do an engine swap because im planing on turboing either cars and mod the interior and body to trade in for a gst gsx eclipse or a gsr or typ r integra.
