company cooperation or legal-zoom take all the guesswork out of it..Sounds like you run a 1 person show so I would go with an LLC, which will help you now & if you continue to grow & take on employees...it will run you from $99 up till???? Ask lots of questions & be your own registered agent so you don't get sucked in paying fee's forever.....good luck....
