Attention Current or former pizza hut managers?

I am considering becoming a store manager. Had my 1st interview and the DM said he wanted to hire me, but wanted me to meet his assistant dm before he did. So, heres my question. Is it a good job? What should pay be? Do they offer personal or sick days? After I meet the ADM I'm meeting back up with the DM to discuss salary and what not. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
