Bitten by dog - Help?

well i think you may not have room to speak because she was on property and "in the house" when the dog bit her and unless she was invited in they probably could counter sue for trespassing. and its her fault for putting her hand there the dog was protecting the house i don't think the dog should get put down because its not its fault
