How to get an 0'3 Tiburon GT to 200 Hp?

I am a former owner of a Hyundai Tiburon Fx. Not gunna lie it was slowwww. Anyway I'm going to upgrade to an 0'3 GT 6 speed manual. Stock they have 172 Hp. What mods can I put on the car to get it up to atleast 200 Hp for around 1k at the most? No chips, turbo or supercharger kits, just things like SRI's or CAI, plugs wiring, stage 2 clutch maybe headers and maybe an exhaust. Thing like that. And if its gunna cost me over 1k to gain 30 hp and to run in the mid to lowers 6's for 0-60 (yea right) as I'd like I might as well give up and buy a GST or GSX something older that is n/a.
