Just binged on like 5000 calories, and no thats not a typo, 5000 CALORIES!?
i just ate a row of oreos & milk, 3 crumptets with peanut butter and nutella, 3/4 of a delissio pizza, half a bag of salt and vinegar chips, a bowl of pasta, a chocolate bar, 3 icecream cones, 2 ah caramels, and then i just started eating nutella out of the jar with a spoon. im 5'11 and i weigh 133 pounds and i binge like this about 3 times a week and i feel so guilty and fat. the worst part is i always binge before bed so that theres no time to exersize. when i dont binge i eat really healthy but i honestly cannoy imagine living without bingeing. please help me. is there anyway i can counteract the binge so that i dont gain weight?!
