My Pizza is two hours late?!?

Me and my dad are having a father daughter bonding time and we ordered pizza TWO hours ago from Pizza hut. Should we give the pizza delivery no tip or ask for a discount or what? the pizza was 25.08 because we ordered other things. what should we do? Btw they said it should take 45 minutes to deliver
