I feel like i dont deserve him?

He apparently is smart enough to realize that women get a little emotional during their period. If you are worried about hurting him, breaking up with him will hurt him more than anything else you could do to him. Just relax and enjoy each others company. My girlfriend of 8 years dumped me because she felt like she didn't deserve me, and it still hurts after 25 years.
