Reduced fetal movements at 23 weeks?

Weeks 20,21, half of week 22 I felt constant kicks jabs and stretches, so much so tgat you could feel it from the outside, the middle of week 22 I stopped feeling her, then felt her kick maybe twice a day in my cervix area, now I go days without movement and when I finally feel it, it is very light and limited, what would cause this? I have a fr appointment on thurs.
